Can you fathom the mysteries of God? Can you probe the limits of the Almighty?
- Job 11:7
Create from the deep.
Beauty is encounter.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped believing that creativity is about striving to prove, achieve, or be recognised.
Beauty isn't a performance.
It's an encounter, a response to wonder, a glimpse of the nature of God.
Making music, for me, is a way of listening, exploring, and co-creating with the One whose creativity has no limits.
That's why FATHOM exists: to help artists create from that place.
Not simply to make something successful…
To make something beautiful.
Music.
Story.
Beauty.
Presence.
Music made
with intention
Fathom works alongside artists to take music from something imagined to something heard.
Whether you have a finished song ready to record, a rough voice memo, or simply the beginnings of an idea, we can help you uncover where it wants to go — through production, recording, song development and creative collaboration.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out.
Bring what you have. We’ll build from there.
PRODUCTION
From the first idea to the finished track, we’ll work with you to shape the sound, arrangement and production around the heart of your song.
RECORDING
We’ll create space to capture your best performance — recording vocals and instruments with care, creativity and attention to the sound you’re reaching for.
SONG DEVELOPMENT
We’ll explore melody, lyrics, structure and arrangement together — helping you uncover what your song wants to become while staying true to what inspired it.
Meet Dave.
With a lifetime of music behind him, Dave Shinkfield brings his love of creativity, collaboration and connection to everything he produces.
Are you ready to dive in?
What if you carry something that the world needs?
Maybe there’s a song that’s been stirring in you for years.
A melody you keep coming back to. Words scribbled in a notebook. A voice memo you’ve never shown anyone. Or something you can hear so clearly inside, but haven’t known how to bring into the world.
We know the courage it takes
to find your voice again.
To wonder whether what you carry matters. To feel the vulnerability of letting something deeply personal be heard. To take what has lived quietly within you and give it expression.
That’s why Fathom is about more than producing a great track. We want to create a space where you can explore, take risks, be heard, and discover the sound that is uniquely yours.
Your voice matters.
Your story matters.
And what you carry
is worth exploring.
Take the first step.
Whether you’re ready to begin, have a question, or simply want to explore what might be possible, we’d love to hear from you.
Start a conversation and find out how Fathom can support you and what you dream of creating.
